Passionate about education and dedicated to empowering young people in their personal and emotional development, I am committed to fostering safe space, community, and positive change —values that I share with Camp Fihavanana. Bao Tohin'Ny Aina Rakotoandriana

Born and raised in Madagascar, I am passionate about cultural heritage, the complexity of human connection and believe in the necessity of giving back to the community. So being at Camp Fihavanana just makes sense to me and I keep coming back to nurture my faith and hope for this country and my malagasy compatriots, through Camp, each year.

Koloina Fanirisoa RAJAONARIVONY

Hi, i’m Koly! I’m always on the move — full of energy, ideas, and good vibes. I love being part of projects, meeting awesome people, and having fun along the way. If it’s exciting, I’m probably already in! Which is why i am here by the way !

Fenitra Ny Aratra RAKOTOARISON

Hello Camp Fihavanana! I’m Fenitra, can't believe this is my second year at camp and I couldn’t be more excited! I’m passionate about video, cinematography, psychology, and design. For me, being part of this adventure is an amazing opportunity to help my community grow and to better understand myself. I can’t wait to bring the Camp Fi magic once again! #CampFi2025

Narindra Andriamiarana

I somehow experienced another type of Camp Fihavanana through my own journey. And I feel so grateful for the experience and the people I met around the way. Now, I am a proud mission driven youth practitioner skilled with youth economic empowerment, youth advocacy and youth programme development. It’s my time to give back to the community by joining the Camp Fihavanana’s team. I want to be part of the narrative shift for young malagasy people and that drive is deeply anchored in my belief that young people can if they are giving the space to find and to express their true potential.

Mialy Caren Ramanantoanina

I’m Caren, I work in humanitarian aid and I’m passionate about storytelling and creating positive change. But more than anything, I care about making sure people feel seen, included, and supported. Camp Fihavanana is what I wish I had growing up — a place to explore who you are, take risks, stand up for what matters, and feel part of something bigger. I’m really looking forward to showing up as I am for #CampFi2025 — to listen, learn, and dream out loud, together.

Rindra Loic Rabemananjara

Hello world! I’m Rindra, and I’m thrilled to return to Camp Fi this year for the life break it provides for youth through fun and safe spaces!

Marios Johany

My name is Marios Johany and I’m all about meaningful experiences, deep conversations, and discovering new paths toward intentional living. I’m on a journey, not just geographically, but personally and spiritually. Camp FI is the perfect next stop: a place to unplug, connect with others walking similar paths, and share the energy of a community that values freedom, curiosity, and purpose. I’m especially excited to trade stories to campers, learn from others’ journeys, and leave with fresh inspiration (and maybe a few new friends) for the road ahead.

Xizi Yu

I'm Jo! I love playing, going outdoors and being part of lively and generative communities. That's why I keep coming back to camp!

Nambinina Razafiarivony

Hey camp friends and magical humans! It’s Razafiarivony Nambinina, you can call me Mbinina (they/them, thank you very much). I’m here with a heart full of joy to share exciting news for #CampFi2025! This year, I’m bringing my signature sunshine and suspiciously enthusiastic dance moves—as your brand new Camp Curricula Director! (Cue dramatic confetti cannon!🎉) Honestly, I can’t tell if this is joy or just pure camp magic running through my veins. I first wandered into Camp Fihavanana back in 2023 as a volunteer : ready to help out and lead an energizer or two! But it was the beautiful behind-the-scenes wizardry that truly drew me in. Now, I’m thrilled to join the Director team for this next, magical chapter. So why am I buzzing like a camp mosquito (but way cuter and with far more glitter)? Because 2025 is going to be LIT! I can’t wait to meet all the new campers and beloved alumni who bring the campgrounds to life... and maybe shed a happy tear or two. We also have some amazing new modules we’ve been crafting (think innovation meets glitter glue), and our incoming staff squad? Legends in the making.🫶 Most of all? Can’t wait to share the Camp Fihavanana magic, the kind that fills your heart, makes you feel seen, and gets you grooving with the most unhinged team rally cheer with friends and totally camp-core!! If you’ve been to camp, you get it. If not… just you wait. So pack your favorite silly socks, an open heart, and lots of water! #CampFi2025 is going to be wild, joyful, and transformational. 🔥❤️🦄
